Remote Reiki Session (Online/Offline)
What's unique about remote Reiki is that it doesn't require physical touch or contact. The energy is transmitted through our intention and focus, allowing us to connect with your energy remotely. This means you can receive the benefits of Reiki from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable internet connection or are in the session energetically at the same time without the need to even be on the screen.
Remote Reiki sessions are designed to be a peaceful, calming and transformative experience. They are just as powerful as an in peron session. You'll be guided to relax, breathe deeply, and let go of any tension or stress. You may also feel inspired to journal or reflect on any insights or feelings that arise during or after the session.
Hands on Reiki Session (In Person)
During a hands-on Reiki session, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation as I place my hands gently on or above specific areas of your body. This sacred energy transfer is facilitated through a series of gentle hand positions, which allow the Reiki energy to flow freely into your body.
As the energy flows, you may experience a range of sensations, from warmth and tingling to relaxation and release. The session may also include subtle shifts in consciousness, insight, and emotional release, as the energy awakens and balances your body's natural healing processes. Throughout the session, I'll remain present and attuned to your energy, allowing the Reiki to work its magic and support your overall well-being.
There is NEVER touching of breasts, genitals or buttocks in a Reiki Session and you do not need to undress. However if you prefer to have a hands off session (with hands hovering above the body) this is also an option.
